Distinct Biometrics is proudly certified by the City of Chicago as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Women Business Enterprise (WBE). In addition, the company holds a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification from the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) and is licensed by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulations (IDFPR). We have established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with both the Illinois State Police (ISP) and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

Biometric Fingerprinting Services

 

Among our comprehensive pre-employment and onboarding services, Distinct Biometrics offers Illinois, FBI, and Florida livescan fingerprinting services for both criminal and non-criminal background checks. We facilitate the submission of fingerprints to State Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems (AFIS) and the FBI Channeling system, ensuring thorough non-criminal and criminal history record checks.

All biometric fingerprinting services are conducted using equipment and technology certified by Illinois, Florida, and the FBI. Our services are available for state, local, and federal agencies in addition to private industry clients.

Additional Pre-Employment/Onboarding Services

Distinct Biometrics also provides U.S. Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) fingerprinting services; I-9 verification and print to FD-258 card service as part of our pre-employment offerings. Through our sister company, Essential Workforce Management, we offer drug and alcohol testing, human resource onboarding services i.e., outsourced new hire orientations, and employment policy and professional development training.
